Athletics Carnival

The Annual Jurisdictional Athletics Carnival is fast approaching, so it’s time to stetch and take your marks!

Registration and warm up: 9:30am-9:50am

Carnival commencement: 10am sharp

Approx. Carnival close: 2pm

Come prepared with your pom poms and BEST war cry and show your team spirit!

Please ensure to have Bethel registrations by no later than Thursday 16 March so we can have all participants logged and ready to run! We will be taking last minute registrations on the day, however for planning purposes we would like to keep these at a minimum, where possible.

We will require 2-3 CAV helpers from each Bethel on the day to assist with different activities. Can you please talk amongst your Bethels and let us know on your registration form, the names of your adults who will be able to assist so that we can ensure we have a sufficient number of helpers on the day.

The JGC Fundraising committee will have a sausage sizzle, snacks and drinks available for sale. Of course, you are welcome to bring along your own food.

Please make sure you slip, slop, slap before and during the event and stay hydrated.

Friends and prospects are invited to join in on the fun, however they will be required to complete a Form 4 – Non-Member Activity Consent Form and bring it along on the day.
