Registration will be open from 12.30pm. The meeting will be commence promptly at 1:00pm.
The election of the 2024/2025 Executive Members of the Jurisdictional Guardian Council of Queensland will be held after the proposed amendments have been finalised. The proposed amendments have been emailed to voting delegates. Contact the Secretary if you did not receive your copy. The presentation of the 2024/2025 proposed budget will follow the elections.
NB: Membership of the JGC runs from the date of the JGC Installation to Midnight of the day before the next JGC Installation.
Those voting delegates who are not Executive Members of a BGC and who have not paid their 2023/2024 fees, and who wish to vote at this Annual Meeting, will need to pay the credential fee of $40.00. Contact the Secretary to make arrangements, if necessary.
Proxy votes will only be accepted in writing on the day during registration and if signed by the appropriate persons. Contact the Secretary if you need more details about issuing proxies.
