About the event
Breast Cancer is the most commonly diagnosed form of cancer amongts women in Australia. Approximately 57 Austalians are diagnosed with the disease each day. 1 in 7 women and 1 in 500 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime.
Sadly, 9 people die from Breast Cancer in Australia each day. The National Breast Cancer Foundation is committed to funding a broad spectrum of research to help understand risk factors, develop new ways to detect and treat breast cancer, improve quality of life for breast cancer patients, improve treatment outcomes and ultimately – save lives.
Please come along to support this mission at our Pink Afternoon Tea to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Dress in PINK and bring your family and friends. We have planned an entertaining afternoon of games, laughter, food and stories from a Breast Cancer survivor.
