Our accommodation has 3 sections for sleeping arrangements:
- Crazy Crew Zone - all adults will be in the upstairs house, there are 4 separate bedrooms with a separate male amenities area.
- Too Cool for School Zone - older Daughters will be in the downstairs dorm room.
- Slumber Party Pyjama Zone - younger Daughters will be in the downstairs main area with two female CAV adults sleeping in an adjacent room.
On pick up day, parents, Jobies to Bee and siblings are welcome to arrive at 9.30 for our adventure to the Butterfly House (Admission at own expense, $12 adult, $10 concession, $7 child)
Make sure you double check the list below and pack everything
- Completed and signed annual activity consent form (most of these are complete)
- Sleeping bag or blanket
- Pillow
- Set of single sheets
- Air mattress if you have one (these will be used for our younger Daughters)
- Pyjamas
- 2 towels – bath towel and beach towel
- Face washer o Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, brush, hair ties and deodorant)
- Thongs
- Jumper
- Jeans or track pants
- 4 changes of underwear
- 4 pairs of socks
- 4 pairs of shorts
- 4 t-shirts – purple JD shirt, Bethel shirt if you have one, other JD shirts if you have some, t-shirts (no singlet tops)
- Joggers
- Sandals
- Water shoes or old shoes that can get wet
- Togs, sun shirt and board shorts or old clothes that can get wet
- One set of nice clothes to wear out – e.g. dress, pants and top
- 2 spare plastic/shopping bags for dirty clothes
- Insect repellent
- Sunscreen
- Small backpack
- Water bottle
- Hat and sunnies
- Raincoat or rain poncho
- Some spending money if you wish
- A smile and be ready to have a fun few days!
*Mobile phones will be allowed at camp but will not be in constant use*
PLEASE NOTE:
- This camp is only open to active Job's Daughters and this does not include Bees but they will be welcome to attend as "day campers" but cannot sleep overnight.
- Accommodation for adults is limited and it is hoped to limit the number to two per Bethel and males holding the offices of Associate Guardian at Supreme, Jurisdictional or Bethel level. This must be in-person and does not allow substitutes or proxies.
Camp Times:
- Drop-off - 6pm Sunday 7th April
- Pick-up - 12noon Wednesday 10th April
